Recipe

17334 – PO Tangerine Peel & Beans Soup Bag – Recipe

1. Soak all beans 8-12 hours, wash and drain.
2. Soak Tangerine Peel for 15 minutes until soft, scrape flesh, wash and drain.
3. In own preference, add 300g of pork rib/ pork bon/ pork shank (boil to remove impurities before use).
4. Put all ingredients into 3L water and cook for 15 minutes on high fire, and then lower to medium fire to cook for 2 hours. Add salt and ready to serve.
1. Soak all beans 8-12 hours, wash and drain.
2. Soak Tangerine Peel for 15 minutes until soft, scrape flesh, wash and drain.
3. Add all ingredients into 2L water and cook for 15 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 1 hour. Add brown sugar/rock sugar/coconut flower sugar, cook for 20 minutes and ready to serve.
1. Soak all beans 8-12 hours, wash and drain.
2. Soak Tangerine Peel for 15 minutes until soft, scrape flesh, wash and drain.
3. In own preference, add 100g of black rice/ brown rice/ rice/ glutinous rice (soak for 30 minutes and drain before use).
4. Add all ingredients into 2L water and cook for 15 minutes high fire, and lower to medium fire and cook for 1 hour. Turn off fire and leave it steam for 15 minutes. Add rock sugar/ salt and ready to serve.
