17365 – PO Pear & Sea Coconut Soup Bag – Recipe

1. Wash and drain all ingredients.
2. In own preference, add 300g of pork rib/ pork bon/ pork shank or half chicken (boiled to remove impurities before use), chop 1-2 fresh pears into pieces.
3. Put all ingredients into 3L boiling water and cook for 15 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 2 hours. Add salt and ready to serve.
1. Wash and drain all ingredients.
2. In own preference, add 1-2 fresh pears (chop into pieces).
3. Add all ingredients into 2L boiling water and cook for 15 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 1 hour. Add brown sugar/ rock sugar/ coconut flower sugar, cook for 20 minutes and ready to serve.
