This organic cold-pressed coconut oil is made from tree-ripened organic coconuts, using a cold-press extraction process and centrifugal purification to remove impurities and excess moisture. It is unrefined, free from chemical processing and added fragrances, with a naturally mild and light flavor. Compared to regular coconut oil, it contains a higher concentration of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Each 15ml (1 tablespoon) serving contains 9.9mg of MCTs and 7.12mg of lauric acid.
