16573 – PO Cordyceps Militaris and Whelk Soup Bag – Recipe

1. Soak Cordyceps Militaris in water for 5 minutes, wash and drain.
2. Wash and drain other ingredients.
3. In own preference, add 450g of pork rib/ pork bon/ pork shank or half chicken, wash and boil to remove impurities, then wash and drain for later use.
4. In own preference, add sweetcorn, carrot, wash and chop for later use.
5. Boil 3L water, add all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 2 hours. Taste before add salt and ready to serve.
