Recipe

15408 – PO Shark Soft Bones and Agaricus Mushroom Soup – Recipe

1. Rinse Shark Soft Bones and soak for 1 hours, boil 1-2 minutes to remove impurities (add ginger to remove fishy smell), then drain for later use.
2. Wash Agaricus Mushroom and soak for 30 minutes, rinse and drain for later use.
3. Wash and drain other ingredients.
4. In own preference, add 500g of pork rib/ pork bon/ pork shank or half chicken, wash and boil to remove impurities, then wash and drain for later use.
5. In own preference, add sweetcorn, carrot, wash and chop for later use.
6. Boil 3L water, add all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 1.5 hours. Taste before add salt and ready to serve.
