15781 – PO Ficus Hirta and Whelk Soup Bag – Recipe

1. Wash and soak Ficus Hitra in water for 30 minutes, wash and drain for later use.
2. Wash and drain other ingredients.
3. In own preference, add 450g of pork rib/ pork bon/ pork shank or half chicken, wash and boil to remove impurities, then wash and drain for later use.
4. In own preference, add sweetcorn, carrot, wash and chop for later use.
5. Boil 3L water, add all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 1.5 hours. Taste before add salt and ready to serve.
