Recipe

17297 – PO Peach Gum & Snow Fungus Soup Bag – Recipe

1. Soak Peach Gum at least 12 hours and remove impurities.
2. Soak Snow Fungus and Greenish Lily Bulbs for 30 minutes until soft, wash and drain other ingredients .
3. In own preference, add 300g of pork rib/ pork bon/ pork shank (boiled to remove impurities before use), chop sweetcorn/ carrot/ gassho melon into pieces.
4. Put all ingredients except Peach Gum into 3L water and cook for 15 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 1.5 hours.
5. Add Peach Gum and cook for 20 minutes. Add salt and ready to serve.

3. In own preference, add papaya (cut into pieces)/ longan pulp/ honey locust seeds.
4. Add other ingredients except Peach Gum into 2L water and cook for 15 minutes on high fire, and lower to medium fire to cook for 45 minutes.
5. Add peach gum and cook for 20 minutes, cook to boil if fresh milk/ coconut milk is added.
6. Add brown sugar/rock sugar/coconut flower sugar and ready to serve.
